is a certified facilitator and trainer in Cross-Cultural Communications and Interactive Adult Learning through the “Sharpening Your Interpersonal Skills” workshop. She has over two decades of experience working with and training people from various cultural backgrounds, both in Zambia and elsewhere. She served as a cross-cultural missionary in Japan for two years. She earned a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College in the United States and is currently the Director of Training and Missions for Navigators in Zambia as well as the Director of Missions for Navigators Africa.
have extensive cross-cultural experience. Originally from the USA, they spent two and half years living in an Asian cultural setting on the island of Guam. From 1998 to 2019, they worked as missionaries with Flying Mission in Southern Africa, initially in Botswana and then in Zambia. They have worked with multi-cultural teams from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, France, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Southern Africa. They were certified as “Sharpening Your Interpersonal Skills” workshop facilitators in 2012. They currently work for Flying Mission Zambia as Member Care Coordinators.
served as a missionary in Botswana for several years before moving to Zambia for ten years. Her missionary service has provided her with exposure to a multi-cultural team environment. She has been seconded from SIM to the Navigators in Zambia, where she has been trained to do university ministry. She is a Navigators staff trainee program trainer, coach and mentor to some of the female campus staff.
is a passionate people developer with a background in business, coaching, and leadership. He has worked in a variety of industries and sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a PhD candidate in Leadership and Management. He sits on several boards. He has travelled extensively throughout the African region and internationally and is familiar with the trends that are influencing many organizations.
is a registered counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She holds a PhD in Psychology, where she developed a career transition program for student-athletes. She has ten years of experience providing psychosocial services in various settings, including corporate, higher education, hospitals, and community settings. Thabile is a skilled mental health practitioner, enjoys facilitating life and personal development skills, and is certified to administer the Myers Type Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to individuals and teams.
